Vegan 5 Day Intensive Boot Camp workshops are designed to give students an economical and comprehensive overview of what can be done in a vegan kitchen so you can take your cooking or chef career and either start your own vegan business or learn to add vegan items to your existing traditional restaurant menu. In this intensive five (5) day training course students are given an intense training workshop that allows you to learn the most advanced techniques in a short amount of time.

  • 5 days of training (Monday-Friday)
  • 4 hours a day (10am-2pm)
  • Many new techniques and business lessons learned
  • Course taught only in English

The hands on 5 Day workshop curriculum focus on the following areas:

  • Make Vegan Cheeses & Egg Dishes
  • Learn to make Vegan version of Meat Dishes like burgers, chicken tenders, sausages, and bacon
  • Learn to make vegan Seafood Dishes including exquisite sushi plate
  • Making healthy Whole Food recipes that taste amazing including oil free and allergy free dishes.
  • And then learn to make vegan pastries like croissants, bagels, choux pastries or eclairs, and cheese cake

PREREQUISITES

This course is designed for cooks or chefs that have attended traditional culinary schools and want to expand their portfolio of skills or for mid-to-high level experienced home cooks that want to open their own cafe or restaurant. 

MEALS & ACCOMMODATIONS

Each day students will be eating light breakfast or smoothie and lunch at the academy. Dinner is not included. Our academy does not offer accommodation solutions. See the link below for ideas.

    Good quality with lots of information. Love the energy and passion of the instructors. Happy to meet with like minded people from all over the world. Beautiful city and great location! I would definitely plan to go back for other classes. Go Vegans!

    I would like to say thank you to Jess and Stephanie for being so lovely with us and sharing some great recipes, information and tricks which I would definitely use in the future.
    Really enjoyed the sushi day as we all had the chance to do our own creations.

    Vegan Gastronomy Culinary school and its 5 days intensive bootcamp I would describe as
    unforgettable and challenging experience.
    Our tutors were professionally prepared and provided us with complex information, widely describing composition, flavors and nutritional values of products used in vegan kitchen.
    Manuel contributed with his expertise in business considerations and in the field of biochemistry. I have a lot of respect for his knowledge.
    The instructors were very inspiring and professional. All of them were much better than I could ever wish for. Although I would appreciate to spend more time practicing preparations and actual cooking instead of, in my opinion, too much time consuming daily lectures.
    I would definitely recommend everyone to attend any course organized by this school. Doesn’t matter if you are beginner or advanced cook just try and find out on your own.

    I have just completed the level one vegan culinary course which I can not recommend enough and the boot camp was the icing on the cake. What I have learned over the past week has already made an impact on my approach to my ultimate goal, "making veganism affordable and accessible to everyone". I think now we're on the right track. Thank you Manual, Stef and Jess.

    The bootcamp was intense, fast paced at times and covered a lot! I'm amazed at the amount of delicious recipes that we learned to make in a short space of time. I'm excited to get stuck in now and make them at home for friends and family!

    If you want to learn how to cook delicious vegan meals to live a healthier lifestyle or to impress your "meat eating" friends, this is a must! You'll come away with so much inspiration.
    Also what I loved about the course, was the fact that it catered to everybody. Whether you want to eat healthy yourself, want to open up a vegan restaurant of your own or even a retreat, the additional business tips you'll get from the bootcamp will be a bonus!

    I have been to almost every course this academy offers and I am always surprised that they can teach me something completely new. The vegan "chixn" tenders will be a regular dish now at my retreats. It is such a simple and tasty dish. The business lessons was something that was simple but very powerful, it made me rethink some parts of my business and get a clear picture of where I want to take my yoga retreats.

    Intense Course - Amazing New Flavors

    I want to open several new vegan restaurants and I came to this course to get some fresh new ideas. I really did not imagine I would learn so much in just 1 week! The whole world of spices and flavors that the instructors opened up to me has sent me off in many new ways to create amazing new dishes. Some of the workshop was a bit intense but the overall learning and business lessons portion was truly a nice mix.
