Chocolate con Artist is a brand of fine designer vegan chocolates created by Vegan Gastronomy Culinary Academy. Jessica McKenzie, the leading pastry instructor at the academy, has developed a line of chocolates that are free from dairy and all other animal based ingredients. All bonbons are made using the exquisite chocolate of Valrhona of France. Valrhona is a French premium chocolate manufacturer based in the small town of Tain-l'Hermitage in Hermitage, a wine-growing district near Lyon.
