In this 3 Hour Workshop you will learn to make our 5 most popular exotic vegan cheeses in this fun and fast paced cooking workshop. You will learn to make Brie, Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Parmesan.  We also teach how to make a few seasonal or international cheeses based on the students attending. Celebrate your creations with fellow students with your very own enticing cheese board and make a popular "4 Quattro Queso" or 4 Cheese Pizza with cheese that melts and tastes like the original!

    Just had a wonderful morning at the cooking workshop with Stephanie and Natasha. Thoroughly enjoyable and so pleased to learn how to make some wonderful, tasty vegan cheeses. Can't wait to prepare some for friends to try.

    This workshop will make you think differently about house made vegan cheese. I've learned how to make and tasted delicious cheeses such as Macadamia and Mozzarella, Cheddar, Brie... In my opinion the highlight is the gorgeous, yummy, melted mozzarella cheese. In addition, you will have tips, instructions and a warm welcome by Jessica.

    I absolutely adored the course and the instructors. The environment is amazing and I find it very profound that there is actually a vegan culinary school that is professional and has given me real life and life long skills.
    My only suggestion for the instructors is to advise students to bring a pen and a notebook to class and repeat helpful information. You give out so much useful information that is not in the recipe itself.
    A chat room or private Facebook page would be beneficial for past student to talk about ideas and receive recipe updates or suggestions.

    All in all, this experience was beautiful and enjoyable and I know it will be life altering and I will recommend this course to everyone!

    This class is perfect for those looking for an introduction to vegan cheese. I feel confident that I can go home and whip up delicious vegan cheese in a matter of minutes. I will never go without my gooey comfort food again.
