Instructors

We believe it is very important to provide students a wide diversity of instructors that come from various industries and professions. We have instructors that are trained in plant based nutrition, in raw food practices, in advanced molecular/modernist techniques, as well as others with extensive experience in real world cafe, cafeteria, yoga retreats, and restaurant applications.

Our instructor to student ratio will be a minimum of 1 to 10 students for 3 hour workshops and 1 to 5 for all other workshops and courses.
