    Definitely a miracle product, I have made marshmallows, meringue and the best vegan aioli with it. Experimenting with nougat this week too!

    This product is a consistent and reliable alternative to aquafaba and can be used as a vegan egg replacement in so many ways! Highly recommend this.

    Potato Protein powder - my smoothie helper!

    I love the fluffy texture my smoothies get when using this product. A little works great. It is very versatile. I use it for my homemade vegan aioli too (mayonnaise).

    This in amazing product, it has so many possibilities for vegan desserts. I made a wonderful Italian meringue, my eyes could'nt believe it. So I will give you the recipe that worked for me (this is a three times tested recipe):
    Ingredients
    100 ml. water at room temperature
    1 Tbsp PPOTIX (potato protein)
    1/4 Tsp XMETIL
    1/3 Tsp cream of tartar
    Mix everything with a hand whisk. This is the mixture to replace egg white in the recipe.
    I used 110 g. of the mixture and made the sugar syrup with 300 gr. caster sugar and 75 gr. water then just follow the traditional Italian meringue method.
    This recipe gives a very stable meringue I would say even better than with egg whites.
