At this course you will learn to make:
- Gluten free Banana and Chia Bread (refined sugar free)
- Coconut Crème brûlée with mango & passion fruit.
- Classic Dessert Verrines. Seasonal flavours. 3 elegant layers of assorted textures and flavours assembled in small glasses.
