Learn the history and culture of Spain and experience how to make dishes that are not vegan such as Madalenas, Ensaimadas, Chorizo, Tortilla de Patata, and Seafood Paella. You will also learn how to present dishes that are normally vegan in Spanish culture in a new way to draw more attention to the ancient culinary tradition in Spain to eat more fruits and vegetables. We also teach how to source seasonal ingredients locally show you how food as such a strong part of Spanish tradition and culture.
Dishes include Paella, Catalan Cream Cake, Magdalenas, Tortilla de Patatas, Stuffed Piquillo Peppers, Sangria, Churros, Tumbet and Vegan Chorizo.
Language: The course is taught by native English speaking instructors but staff also speaks Spanish as needed.
