Come to these "Hands On Workshop" and learn new techniques to turn your cafe, restaurant or home into an amazing Vegan cooking experience.


These Workshops are designed for Restaurant or Cafe Chefs and Owners or for those wanting to study to become a Vegan chef. No experience is required.


Learn from the top instructors at the world's leading vegan cooking school based in the Mediterranean on the popular island of Mallorca Spain.  Learn more about the advanced school and how it teaches to use smart equipment like products from Fisher & Paykel to reduce your operating cost, perfect your dishes, and to promote a sustainable and cost effective vegan business. 


We also encourage the many conventional restaurant chefs and owners to come learn how to add new vegan dishes to your existing menus which will attract a completely new and expanded customer base.

    Jess was an excellent teacher. Met so many like-minded people and learnt so many new things! Would definitely recommend Vegan Culinary Academy to anyone interested in cooking.

    I picked up some great tips, like how to make profiteroles without spending hours making choux pastry. Also learned novel ways of using common ingredients, like using palm hearts to make "calamari rings." There was also an introduction to various new specialty / boutique ingredients.

    Jess was an excellent presenter and the group came together with a beautiful dynamic. We cooked, we ate, we talked, we laughed, we even agreed to stay in touch with each other. A great night out.

    Jess was a fantastic teacher and showed us so many recipes tonight. It was a great hands on experience and also nice to meet so many people from different walks of life. The location was amazing as well, so modern and funky.
