Chef Francinne is TAKING VEGAN CHEF TRAINING
Online. Francinne is originally from Brazil, now living in Germany and transitioned to a Vegan lifestyle 1 year ago. She decided to come train at VGCA to learn how to make vegan dishes "that give pleasure and delicious flavour". Francinne's non-vegan friends and family members have also been actively involved in her training.
