I have been taking courses since 2021. Initially, I was a little intimidated because I am just a home cook that wanted to expand their skills to support a vegan lifestyle. I quickly fell in love with Chef Jessica's recipes and her constant support. The courses are approachable for everyone. They allow a beginner like myself enough instruction to succeed, and inspired me to keep exploring and creating my own dishes. I have taken the majority of courses the school has to offer. I would recommend the school to everyone.

I passed 4 online courses in 2021, and it was an unbelievable experience! I'm thankful to chef Jess very much. She  always tries to help and always finds the right words to support beginners! I miss that atmosphere that chef Jessica and chef Stephanie were able to create.I wish  the Academy had branches in other countries in the near future!

I've completed Entremet (P6) and Cheesecake (P3) courses separately with Jessica McKenzie. She has taught me so much about making vegan versions of absolutely everything including cheesecake and mirror glaze! She is the mastermind behind vegan patisserie. If you really want to become the best vegan pastry chef in the world or want to wow your friends/family, I recommend this incredibly talented chef.

Chef Jessica has been very good with communication and making the class manageable even though I am in America. I haven't been the best student with assignments but I am glad I am able to learn.

I completed the vegan chef certification as well as a couple of other courses. I highly recommend them, Jessica is always willing to help if there is any question.

I took the vegan chef certification class, which was entirely online. The instructors were amazing, and having the facebook group to give and receive feedback was also helpful. I learned so many interesting techniques and it is great to be able to keep the library of recipes. My favorite module was the vegan cheese course!

I had the pleasure of attending a couple of online classes at Vegan Gastronomy and I could not be happier with the experience. Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about vegan cuisine. She provided clear and insightful instructions making even the most complex techniques seem easy to grasp.  She is caring, helpful and never fails to respond to any questions regarding the classes.

I recently took two classes here. The classes are so amazing. The chefs are top-notch! Jessica is so supportive. Even I had cooking and baking experience before class, I still can learn a lot from them. They open my eyes to know more secrets in the world of vegan cooking. I feel much more confident that I can create a lot of dishes on my own. I love them all and continue to take more classes.

Horrible service and didn't have the knowledge for gluten free baking which they assured me they did when I enquired about their classes! I enrolled 3 staff to do two of their courses - complete waste of money! Gluten free  alternative recipes were provided, however none of them worked. When the staff contacted the trainer, Jess for help she told them "I'm not sure, I've never tried the recipes with them being gluten free"..

I then contacted Jess and told her how disappointing this was, especially as we work in a gluten free bakery.. They'll tell you anything to make a sale, yet when we needed their assistance, didn't offer anything at all..

 

They never even replied to my email to apologise or offer any refunds..

Chef Jessica is top-notch! I have learned so much in such a short amount of time with her guidance and the products. I was able to overcome baking without eggs and dairy In her Brioche Class. Delving further with the  Baking session learning more applications!

You can learn on your pace at your own home so even you are busy person, you can still have an opportunities to learn new skills. You have to be self-motivated was it works well for me.

I am glad I took the baking course it really helped me expand my knowledge of Vegan baking. The experience is interactive but still at your own pace.

Fabulous!  The location for Vegan Gastronomy was fabulous, both Naxos and the actual classroom.  The curriculum was fabulous, right on point.  The fellow students were fabulous, loved them all and just the right size.  The products for vegan replacements are fabulous, fuss free.  And last but not least, Chef Jessica is FABULOUS!.  Her recipes, her teaching style, her patience are all a testament to the success of this program.  I have been cooking for many many years and my husband and I have taken cooking classes all over the world.  I learned so many new techniques that produce success every time.  So one more word - PERFECT!  This was the perfect in person experience and now look forward to experiencing some of the remote classes.  Thank you Manuel and Jessica for a memorable experience.

Thus far I have taken two online classes from Vegan Gastronomy. The instructors are great at answering questions. They are communicative and supportive. I've been a vegan for more than two decades, and I am now making things that I didn't think it was possible to make vegan. These courses offer a good challenge with an equal reward.

I just completed this comprehensive vegan chef class and am extremely pleased with the content and format of the online, self-paced version. Learning international cuisines using plant-based techniques was what I needed for my continued dive into creating plant-based dishes. The Facebook group was a perfect medium to share results, chat with instructors, and learn from other students. The videos were perfect for learning techniques. The level of content is well-designed- some were a bit easier, some more challenging, and considered where you might be, literally, in the world, in regards to access to ingredients or own personal interests. The vast amount of content you receive in regards to tips, tools, recipes, the chemistry behind vegan cooking is informative, concise and immediately useful. I highly recommend this class to anyone who has some kitchen skills and wants to take to them to the next level.  Finally, the entire Vegan Gastro business team, is very responsive and customer-oriented. Again, I highly recommend.

Just home from one of the best weeks ever, in Naxos, Greece, and already planning my next trip. I joined the Vegan Pastry in person Course for their October session. Chef Jessica is a mine of knowledge, and answered my many questions regarding the egg replacements, and which application suited which recipe. We spent the week creating (and eating ?) the most beautiful totally vegan recipes, which compares so well to their original non vegan counterparts. I highly recommend this course to anyone seeking the knowledge to re create traditional bake to vegan bakes. Photos are a small sample of the delicious pastries I made. Stop thinking about it, just book it, you won’t be sorry. ?

Having been continuously disappointed with store bought plant based cheese, I decided to enroll in the Vegan Cheese course.  At Vegan Gastronomy, I learned numerous techniques as well as how to prepare them using a variety of ingredients.  I am very pleased with the education and skills I received here...I highly recommend

I have no words to describe how much VGCA (Vegan Gastronomy Culinary Academy) helped on my personal and today professional journey. Everything started 3 years ago and still continues! Always excited to learn more and VGCA is always the one where I get the most of knowledge and support. I've been taking in person and online Baking course with Chef Jessica and always got more then expected, lots of knowledge,  learning new skills and most important so much support and patience then I've ever got in any other Vegan Academy/School/Course.
