V21: Vegan Tastes Around Mediterranean is a journey through the unique flavors and dishes of the 21 countries that surround or touch the Mediterranean Sea. The series is offered in five (5) separate, 3 hour courses, within a one week period that provide intensive focus on veganizing popular or national dishes of each country to give students a comprehensive portfolio of Mediterranean Vegan cuisine. Workshop includes multi-course meal.

    This exciting vegan course really make me see it can be easy to move to be vegans. I say it is good for everyone to try.

    What A fun and intense workshop, had so much information shared about various aspect of Vegan nutrition. The cuisine and countries of origin that still today have a great impact on the way we prepare our food. With a great team guiding you through out your journey on the beautiful island of Mallorca. Also giving great tips on where to visit on the island and where to get some nice vegan-friendly options.
    Had a great time and meeting like minded people was an extra add on bonus! Thank you Jessica, Manuel and Stephanie, what an experience!

    Life Changing

    When I returned to the UK following the course I thought I would make some small changes. Subconsciously though I made massive changes and I also couldn't stomach certain foods although I didn't realise it? Isn't that strange? I took steak or chicken out of the freezer then ate something else and threw it away! Wow, I did that 2 or 3 times! I made a beef curry and I threw it away uneaten! I have now not eaten red meat since the course -none -no pork or lamb or processed meat! I eat beans and /or legumes every day / without fail / nuts and seeds every day /home baked wholemeal bread / dairy free spreads and dairy free yoghurt etc/ fresh spinach kale out of my garden ! It's really amazing how messages seep into the brain without us knowing? My intestines and stomach health are 90% better -and when I eat I am not hungry for hours!! My favourite meal now is vegan Tarka Dahl with flatbreads filled with cumin onion date and coconut! Can't get enough of it!!! I suppose am now a veggie as a result of your V21 class. Thank you guys!
