You simply mix this powdered product with Water and then use it as a replacement for Eggss.

The #VICTORIA mix product includes Potato Protein, a proprietary and specially developed Plant Fiber, and a dried Red Seaweed. This new proprietary plant based mixture was developed together with some of the world's leading ingredient companies to develop consistent solutions every time. The mix develops perfect fluffy sponge texture - making it the perfect solution for egg-free vegan sponge cakes and cake layers similar to those used in the famous Victoria Sponge cake.

The product was named after Queen Victoria, who was known to enjoy a slice of the sponge cake with her afternoon tea. The sponge part evolved from the classic pound cake – equal quantities of butter, sugar, eggs and flour.
